Terms and conditions of Mister DTF<\/h2>

1. Scope of application
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded via the Mister DTF online portal (hereinafter referred to as “order”).<\/p>\n

Mister DTF reserves the right to amend its GTCs. The version of the GTCs valid at the time of the order shall apply, which cannot be changed unilaterally for this order.<\/p>\n

\n2. Offer
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The offer is aimed at natural customers domiciled in Switzerland, Germany and Austria or legal customers domiciled in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Deliveries are only made to addresses in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.<\/p>\n

The offer is valid as long as it is visible on the online portal and\/or stocks last. Prices and product ranges are subject to change at any time.<\/p>\n

\n3. Price
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, including value added tax (VAT). The prices in the online portal at the time of the order are authoritative.<\/p>\n

\n4. Ordering
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

An order is considered an offer to Mister DTF to conclude a contract.<\/p>\n

After submitting the order, the customer automatically receives a confirmation of receipt, which documents that the order has been received by Mister DTF.<\/p>\n

Mister DTF is free to refuse an order in whole or in part without stating reasons. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded; in particular, products that cannot be delivered will not be forwarded. Products that are temporarily unavailable cannot be reserved.<\/p>\n

\n5. Payment options
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Payments must be made in Swiss francs.<\/p>\n

Only advance payment is accepted. Purchase on account is not possible!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n


\n6. Conclusion of contract
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>A contract is only concluded when the order is processed by Mister DTF. As soon as the order has been prepared for dispatch, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.<\/p>\n

\n7. Cancellation of an order<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\nCancellation of an order is only possible if we have not yet started production. No money will be refunded, only credit notes will be issued.<\/p>\n

\n8. Delivery
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The customer’s delivery address must be in Switzerland, Germany or Austria.<\/p>\n

No deliveries are made at weekends or on official national or cantonal holidays.<\/p>\n

If the customer is not on site at the time of delivery and has not given any special delivery instructions, the delivery driver will leave a pick-up invitation in the letterbox. The customer must then collect the delivery from the relevant post office.
\nAny order that is not collected within the specified deadlines cannot be retained or refunded. The customer is solely responsible for orders collected late and any rights in respect of defects are excluded.<\/p>\n

Customers are requested to additionally confirm their collection with their signature. Any liability for damages incurred by the customer due to loss, theft, misuse, etc. in connection with the collection process or the collection slip is expressly excluded.<\/p>\n

The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were not received directly by the customer.<\/p>\n

\n9. Delivery costs
\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>The delivery costs depend on the quantity of products ordered. The delivery costs communicated in the online portal apply. The delivery costs are listed as an additional item on the order form and on the invoice.<\/p>\n

\n10. Warranty<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\nMister DTF can provide the warranty either by partial or complete replacement with an equivalent product. Under no circumstances shall Mister DTF be liable for any defects in our (pressed) transfers caused by incorrect handling or errors in further processing by the customer. In particular, we are not liable:<\/p>\n
